Art or writing can also be submitted in-person at any Toronto Public Library branch. Find a submission form in the back of a print copy of Young Voices and attach it to your work.

Toronto Public Library has one-time print and electronic rights to all work, as well as the right to excerpt from the work, both online and in print, for purposes of promotion.
Personal information collected on the Young Voices submission form is collected under the authority of the Public Libraries Act, R.S.O. 1990, C.P.44, sections 20(a) and (d) and will be used to administer and develop the Young Voices magazine.
