Join this drawing workshop to learn how to draw animals using basic shapes. Experiment with a variety of lines to create patterns and textures. Combine new skills to create a drawing of an endangered animal with fineliner pens, depicting the different forms and textures of the animals.

Atiya Hasan is an artist and art educator with a degree in Visual Arts with a major in Drawing and Painting. As an artist she draws inspiration from the natural environment, focusing on the subtleties of tone, texture and pattern. Creating art in a range of media she often produces artworks that capture the ambiguous spaces found within the depths of natural objects, exploring the relationships between the foreground and the background.
